Pin a manual workspace order in a root folder or the root
Synopsis
Pin the listed workspaces (or @user), in order, at the top of one folder or the root. Workspaces already there but not listed keep their order after them.

The root -o, --output flag accepts these values. A renderer is supported only when this command writes that result; jsonl is for commands that emit one JSON record per line.
