For people running agent work5 pages in this section

compozy daemon profile

Capture a runtime profile over the local daemon socket (experimental)

Synopsis

Capture cpu, heap, allocs, goroutine, mutex, block or threadcreate as a raw .pprof file. Experimental; local UDS only. CPU, mutex and block captures sample for 1–120 seconds. Mutex/block sampling is enabled only during the capture. Profiles contain runtime stacks, counts and ID labels, without prompt or file contents. Concurrent CPU captures return profile_busy. Snapshot profiles reject --seconds. Inspect with go tool pprof; use -tags to list labels and -tagfocus session_id=<id> to select one active session.

compozy daemon profile <kind> [flags]

Examples

compozy daemon profile cpu --seconds 30 --file cpu.pprof
compozy daemon profile heap --file heap.pprof
  go tool pprof -top cpu.pprof
go tool pprof -http :0 cpu.pprof
go tool pprof -tagfocus session_id=sess-example cpu.pprof

Options

--file string Destination .pprof file (required)
  -h, --help help for profile
--seconds int Capture duration for cpu, mutex and block (1–120 seconds) (default 30)

Options inherited from parent commands

      --json Emit JSON output
-o, --output string Output format: human, json, jsonl, or toon (default "human")

Output Formats

The root -o, --output flag accepts these values. A renderer is supported only when this command writes that result; jsonl is for commands that emit one JSON record per line.

FormatCommand result
humanInteractive terminal rendering
jsonMachine-readable JSON rendering
jsonlOne JSON record per line when supported
toonCompact agent-readable rendering

Example:

compozy daemon profile <kind> -o json
